This challenge includes:
- An 8-week meal plan that changes every weekly;
- More than 60 different recipes;
- An 8-week training program you can do at the gym or from home requiring only basic equipment;
- Live Facebook training sessions every day in the private group “BACK TO SCHOOL 2020”, lead by an accredited ELLES trainer.
All recipes and trainings take between 35 and 45 minutes.
I made sure that most of the recipes can be used for students on the road or people who have a busy schedule.
The Facebook lives will be available on the private group if you miss any of them.
The program is on sale (only $65!) until September 30th.
At the end of those 8 weeks, a winner will be chosen to go on holidays (flight and accommodation included) in Tulum, Mexico (value: $10,000, dates will be selected with the winner)
