The Stay Fit Challenge will include an 8-week food program for:
– Weight Loss
– Keeping your optimum physical shape
– Muscle mass gain
The challenge features a 30-minute program at the gym AND at home with workouts timed in seconds for maximum accuracy!
The program will also include grocery lists and basic nutrition information to make sure you have everything you need!
