Booty & Abs 2021
For this challenge, you will get access to daily lives with the lovely Maude. Weekends are dedicated to Zumba on Saturdays with the beautiful Émilie, and then yoga on Sundays with the adorable Claudia-Jade. You also get the stream versions in the pdf and there’s even a new gym version for this challenge. Top it all off with a meal plan that you’ll receive before the challenge starts so you can schedule your meal prep AND more that 20 recipes.
In the 30 DAY BOOTY & ABS program, the following muscle groups will be targeted: glutes, abs, quadriceps and ischios. This way we can focus on proper muscular growth. For this challenge, you will need elastic bands (always available on my website) and small dumbbells.
ALSO, since this is a 30 day challenge, I encourage you to consider going 30 days without alcohol and refined sugar with me.
